This is a mono-material solution of flexible packaging, made only of polyethylene films. This solution makes packaging fully recyclable, facilitating reuse and meeting the principles of the circular economy.

The entire production of such packaging takes place in our company, "under one roof" – we blow the films, print and laminate them, producing a mono-material laminated film branded LAMITEN^® G. As a finishing processing, we also offer mono-material packaging in the form of ready-made bags under the LAMIBAG^® G brand, which brings the client a considerable benefit of an almost finished functional construction of the packaging, the so-called "feed & seal & sell".

 

Mono-material laminated films LAMITEN^® G and bags LAMIBAG^® G are used as flexible packaging, meeting the requirements for the barrier properties, appearance and functionality of packaging. They exhibit high mechanical strength, robustness and resistance to external influences.

Laminated films LAMITEN^® G are intended for the manufacture of flexible packaging for foodstuffs, personal care products, pharmaceuticals, pet food etc. LAMIBAG^® G flexible bags are effective for the packaging of dry food for the Pet Food segment, for the packaging of food, substrates, feeds, chemicals, building materials; in general, these are dehydrated mixed substances.

For the production of mono-material packaging, a multi-layer material is used, made using the technology of lamination of various types of PE (polyethylene). The production is custom manufacturing according to specific customer requirements.

PACKAGING	The bags are packed in stacks in pallet boxes made of corrugated cardboard. Paper boxes are placed on standard pallets, fixed with binding tape and stretched with stretch film. Rolls are packed in PE sheets and placed horizontally or vertically on a pallet; protected and fixed with stretch film.
ECOLOGY	The packaging is 100% recyclable.
CONTACT WITH FOODSTFFS	The product meets the requirements set by the Act of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., on hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food, and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14 January 2011, on plastic materials and articles intended for contact with food. They meet the general requirements set out in Article 3 of Regulation 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended for contact with food.

WAREHOUSING	LAMIBAG® flexible bags must be stored in a dry environment at temperatures of 15-25 °C, preferably under a lid covering the original packaging. It is recommended to store the product for 24 hours before processing under the same conditions as those present during processing.

WAREHOUSING	We recommend storing the films in a closed, roofed-over store. The sheets must not be exposed to direct sunlight and other weather conditions; they must not be stored close to direct heat and electricity sources. When stored, the film must not come into contact with any chemical substances.
